There is a separate machine room with the boilers and reservoirs for the hot water and central heating. Here is also ample storage for machinery and gardening equipment.
The house is connected to mains water and mains electricity. Also has its own well for irrigation water. There is a water deposit of 150m3. Central heating with radiators (oil fired). Double glazing.
